The subject on the C.O.N.S. 2010 is the transformers in 2010 series (Us version Relay 3 of the G1 series) and the 86th movie, the rules are changed a little bit there we have noticed, nevertheless, some things what to ourselves not from some users so really had belonged and because we had not taken down this as a rule we could also not disqualify this.

So here the rules for the fan art artists and for the new coming fan art artists.

- The subject for the C.O.N.S. In 2010 series happens from the transformers in 2010.
- One is allowed to do no W.I.P. phases in the public forum posten from your sketches never mind from your ready work, and already at all of it in the forum do not talk. If, nevertheless, you this one act one becomes a disqualified.
- The picture should be sent in a role or if one with the C.O.N.S. appears one can also take his picture, however, it should not be a crumpled then if it is crumpled too badly threatens a disqualifikation.
- As well as with the C.O.N.S. In 2009 the pictures with traditional colour material should exist (watercolors, brightly pencil, oil paints etc.), however, on PC a coloured do not become.
- You have the picture the free choice, how big this should become, it should depend only healthy to the C.O.N.S 2010.
- Delivery appointment has to go before the C.O.N.S. be nevertheless if you should come to the C.O.N.S. so you can also bring the picture.
- For those do not appear to the C.O.N.S. personally and her picture send is valid: If you want to have the picture after the C.O.N.S. back, you must provide for the forwarding expenses.
